I own a home computer support company and also work for a large managed technology services company that provides IT support for businesses in Michigan and across the United States.

This blog is meant as a place where I can post hints, tips, reviews and information on all things technology and computer related. Yeah, there are about a million people who have the same exact idea, but even if this doesn't turn into the next Engadget I think I'll still have fun doing it. The day it stops being fun is the day I stop doing it.

You may be wondering where I came up with the name, or not, but I'll tell you anyways. I needed a name, and there aren't a whole lot of good .Com's left. I was going to do RobsTech, but that was taken. I was racking my brain for a grand total of 15 minutes to think of something else, and I remembered that my Dad used to call me "Bud Boy" when I was a kid. So I checked if it was available, and it was! So, 5 minutes later I had the domain registered, yay!

The blog itself is hosted with SquareSpace, who also provides the blog platform. They do an incredible job and if you are looking to start up a website that looks great and is easy to update, they are a definite contender.
