Nice program for recovering POP or IMAP passwords

Paul Bauer over at Bauer-Power wrote up a nice post on a little password sniffing tool that I had never heard of before, called Sniffpass. Paul explains it in more detail, but basically if you use a email client like Outlook or Thunderbird you run Sniffpass on your computer and then startup your client. Sniffpass will then grab the username and password out of the unencrypted stream that ensues!

Perfect for those times when you are trying to figure out what some dumb user set his password to and forgot :)
